Stealth Construction (“we,” “us”) provides a workforce app used by our construction crews and foremen to clock in and out of job sites and to manage project work. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it is handled. The app is intended for use by our authorized workers only.

Information we collect

• Account & identity: your name, phone number, and crew/employee assignment, used to sign you in and associate your time and work with your account.
• Location: your device’s precise GPS location is used to confirm you are physically at the assigned job site when you clock in and while you are on the clock. Location is used only for time-and-attendance verification and is not collected when you are off the clock.
• Photos: a photo taken at clock-in and a profile photo are used to verify the identity of the person clocking in (to prevent time fraud).
• Work data: hours, job sites, tasks, project updates, and related notes you enter or that are assigned to you.
• Basic device/usage data: limited technical information needed to operate the app securely (for example, to recognize an approved device).

How we use it

• Record and verify work hours and on-site presence.
• Manage projects, tasks, schedules, materials, permits, and inspections.
• Prevent time fraud and confirm the correct worker on an approved device.
• Operate, secure, and support the app.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising. Information is visible to your employer’s authorized office staff and supervisors for workforce management. We use trusted service providers (for example, secure cloud hosting and storage) solely to run the app on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data storage & retention

Information is stored securely on our servers and retained for as long as needed for employment, payroll, and legal recordkeeping, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

Location and camera access are requested through your device’s system prompts; you can manage these in your phone’s Settings, though the app’s clock-in features require them to function. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, contact us using the details below.

Children

The app is for adult workers and is not directed to children under 13.
