Field Supervisor- Construction

ABOUT THE ROLE

Position Summary We're looking for a Field Supervisor to manage a single jobsite from start to finish — making sure crews show up on time, work gets done, and equipment stays in working order. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a construction company and learn the trade from the ground up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track crew attendance and ensure work is progressing as scheduled
• Monitor equipment condition and report issues promptly
• ⁠⁠Oversee one jobsite and manage day-to-day site operations
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for daily activity
• Act as bridge between office and field.

REQUIREMENTS

• ⁠Must be able to stay on-site full time
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
