The Stealth Construction mobile app uses your device's location and camera solely for workforce time-tracking purposes:

• Location is collected only while you are actively clocked in, to verify job-site presence
• Background location is used during an active shift so we can confirm you remain on site
• A single selfie photo is taken at clock-in for identity verification
• Location tracking stops entirely when you clock out
• We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across other companies' apps or websites

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of online transmission is completely secure.

Stealth Construction provides a mobile application (the "Worker App") used exclusively by our employees and contract workers for timekeeping and job-site operations. This section describes the data the Worker App collects and how it is used.

• Identity & contact data: Worker name, phone number, and a profile photo, used to identify the worker within the company.
• Location data (including background): The Worker App collects precise location data to verify on-site presence and to record work hours, even when the app is closed or not in use. Background location is collected only while the worker is clocked in and stops at clock-out. Location is never used for advertising and is never sold.
• Photos: Clock-in verification photos, profile photos, and photographs of purchase receipts taken by the worker, used for timekeeping integrity and expense tracking.
• Work records: Clock-in/out times, assigned job sites, submitted hours, breaks, and related payroll information.
• Device information: Device identifiers used to approve which phones may clock in.

This data is used solely to operate our workforce — verifying on-site presence, computing payroll, tracking job costs, and communicating company announcements. It is processed and stored with our cloud service providers (Amazon Web Services) and is shared only as described in Section 3. Work records are retained as required by employment and payroll law. Workers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at info@stealthconstructiontx.com; camera and location permissions can be revoked anytime in the phone's settings, though clock-in features require them to function.
