Project Manager - Commercial Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate inspections with local authorities and third-party inspectors, ensuring all required approvals are scheduled and passed on time
• ⁠ ⁠Manage material procurement — ordering, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply delays before they impact the schedule
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate equipment needs and logistics across active job sites
• ⁠ ⁠Support day-to-day coordination between office staff and field crews (superintendents, foremen, subs)
• ⁠ ⁠Track project schedules and flag delays or bottlenecks early
• ⁠ ⁠Assist with budget tracking, monitoring costs against estimates and reporting variances
• ⁠ ⁠Review and manage subcontractor scopes, schedules, and performance
• ⁠ ⁠Help prepare and maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily reports)
• ⁠ ⁠Communicate regularly with clients/owners on project status and milestones
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure jobsite work complies with plans, specs, and applicable codes
• ⁠ ⁠Support permitting and regulatory coordination alongside the internal permitting team
• ⁠ ⁠Participate in project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout
• ⁠ ⁠Help identify and resolve issues between design, procurement, and field execution
• ⁠ ⁠Support estimating and pre-construction efforts on upcoming bids as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• ⁠ ⁠Previous construction experience required
• ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of construction experience
• ⁠ ⁠Commercial construction experience required
• ⁠ ⁠Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
