Site Superintendent – Vertical Commercial Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ⁠- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• ⁠ ⁠- Working knowledge of tilt-wall, metal building, and CMU/masonry construction methods.
• ⁠ - ⁠Understanding of concrete placement, curing, and structural sequencing.
• ⁠ - ⁠Familiarity with site logistics planning (crane placement, material staging, site access)
• ⁠ - ⁠Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety protocols.
• ⁠ ⁠- Ability to coordinate and sequence multiple trades (structural, MEP, envelope, finishes)
• ⁠ ⁠- Familiarity with permitting/inspection requirements for commercial vertical builds.
• ⁠- ⁠Oversee daily field operations on vertical (ground-up) commercial builds
• ⁠ - ⁠Manage schedules, crews, and site logistics across multiple active projects.
• ⁠ - ⁠Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors

REQUIREMENTS

• ⁠ ⁠Commercial construction experience required
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Minimum 5 years of experience
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• ⁠ ⁠Bilingual preferred
• Compensation & Benefits
• ⁠ ⁠$90,000–$120,000/year, based on experience
• ⁠ ⁠Gas reimbursement provided
• ⁠ ⁠Possibility of a company truck after 3–6 months of good performance
